  • It Feels Like There’s Not Enough Oxygen In The Air

    September 22, 2015 /

Even after the smoke is seemingly gone from the air, I am still not breathing well. My head still throbs and my inhaler does little for the pain. For the past few days it’s been like there’s not enough oxygen in the air. I feel like I'm walking around with a heavy cloth over my face preventing me from breathing.

    September 17, 2015 /

They are the ones who are being the most affected by climate change.”

  • After SCOTUS Marriage Equality Ruling, LGBTQA Fight Far From Over

    July 6, 2015 /

My celebration of the Supreme Court decision comes with the knowledge that the new law is not a cure-all. I'm happy that America has recognized that everyone deserves to be with person they love without limitations, but I will not stop pushing for full equity in my community. This fight is far from over.
